All 5's without hestitation.  Jim held back no time from me.  when I had questions, he immediately gave answers, more answer than I expected.  when he found what I was looking for, he gave me more options and more time to explore them.  i am sure he had other clients, but I can't imagine when he gave them time, because it seemed like his time was consumed with me.  I am sure his other clients feel the same way, I just don't understand how he does it.
